"Christian" baseball team has only two black players
If he wants us to stop comparing him to Hitler, he should stop acting like Hitler.
The “Friend or Foe” Graduation Prayer Campaign was launched today, May 4, by Mat Staver, founder and chairman of Liberty Counsel, and me. The concept behind the campaign is similar to the successful “Friend or Foe Christmas Campaign” that we initiated last year. It is appropriate that we announce this campaign on the National Day of Prayer.
The new campaign is designed to educate, and if necessary, litigate to ensure that prayer and religious viewpoints are not censored from graduation ceremonies across this nation.

(*Winner of not one, but two Medals of Honor before this. He should have gotten a third for stopping this coup d'etat.)
When Franklin Delano Roosevelt won the Presidency in 1932, many Americans looked to his bold New Deal plans as the way out of the dark days of the Depression. But a powerful group of financiers and industrialists saw his economic policies as a threat.
THE PLOT TO OVERTHROW FDR reveals how, inspired by political trends in Germany and Italy, this group conceived of a plan to either overthrow the newly-elected president or force him to take orders from them. They envisioned a paramilitary organization of disgruntled WWI veterans as the force to intimidate the government. The man they chose to inspire and lead this veteran's army was retired Marine General Smedley D. Butler, a colorful and outspoken champion of veteran's rights. But Butler was their undoing. After discovering the details of the conspiracy, the horrified general blew the whistle and subjected the outrageous plot to the scrutiny of a Congressional investigation.
In September 1935, the two Nuremberg Laws were passed. The first of these laws, known as the Reich Citizenship Law, reclassified Jews as second-class citizens and removed their basic civil rights.
The second of the Nuremberg Laws, known as Law for the Protection of German Blood and Honour, established membership in the Jewish "race" as being anyone who either considered themselves Jewish or had three or four Jewish grandparents. People with one or two Jewish grandparents were considered to be Mischlinges of mixed race. Although at first there was some uncertainty as to how to treat Mischlinges, ultimately anyone with even a single Jewish grandparent was at risk in Nazi Germany. The Nuremberg Laws were unique in classifying Jews, not as a religion or culture, but as a race. This meant that even nonpracticing Jews or Jews who had converted to Christianity could be defined as Jews.
The Nuremberg Laws governed the private lives of Jews in their interactions with non-Jews. For example, the laws prohibited intermarriage or sexual intercourse between Jews and nonJews. Jews were prohibited from employing nonJewish women under age 45 as domestic helpers.
The Nuremberg Laws were part of the Nazi's belief in an Aryan "master race." "Inferior races" such as the Slavs were useful only as slaves. Jews, Roma (Gypsies) and the handicapped were considered to be serious biological threats to the purity of the German race, and therefore " unworthy of life." These ideas were based on eugenics, a racial theory popular in most western nations at the time, including Canada, Britain and the United States.
Hitler made it illegal to be Jewish in nazi Germany. Who's next on Bu$h's hit list? No one is safe.
Will Bu$h launch a "Rose Garden Protocol" to initiate an American holocaust and answer "the gay question?"

These people have hated America for 230 years. And since they're never going away, our only recourse is to keep them out of political power.

My wife and I are both public school teachers, so we both took umbrage when the pastor began making horrible remarks about the public school system in our area, including making many remarks that were outright lies. They included such ludicrous claims as one which proposed that the public schools were trying to force kids to become homosexuals. Equally preposterous were the claims that by teaching books like the Harry Potter series, teachers were basically teaching kids witchcraft and devil worship. The pastor and his handpicked deacons began making sweeping reforms in the church as well, such as the removal of women from virtually any position of leadership. This was reinforced through the Sunday School classes, as a directive from the elders of the church, to teach the proper role of men and women in relation to each other. I was dismayed to find that their interpretation of Scripture left no room whatsoever for women to have any meaningful role in the decision making of the church.
I began to notice a change in the membership as well. Old timers who had been in the church for quite some time began to grumble about some of the changes being made and were one by one taken out of their positions of leadership. The deacons and the pastor began to introduce measures into the church by-laws that removed much of the democratic process and involvement by the lay people as a whole in decision making. A wedge was slowly driven between those who supported the pastor and those who did not. Those who did not were confronted alone and asked to make decisions about their commitment to the church, and if the answer was not what was being looked for, they were asked to leave.
One of the largest changes was the direct support from the pulpit for the Republican party in general and President Bush in particular. When I, as a high school Sunday School teacher, asked questions as to whether the administration's policies really lined up with what Jesus asked of His followers, I was brought in for "training." When I talked about politics with fellow church members they often expressed astonishment that I supported progressive politics. I was asked directly by the leadership to stop making my political preferences known, as that was causing "conflict within the Body of Christ" and told that church was not the place to air political views, despite the fact that the pastor and the deacons were doing so every Sunday.
This all came to a head one afternoon when my wife had enough and called the pastor to express her frustration and ask to talk things out. She had been a member of the church for 25 years and had dedicated much of her life to serving the congregation there. The pastor's response to my wife's issues? He told her that he hoped the two of us found a good church home. I was immediately removed from my position as a Sunday School teacher, through an intermediary, and told that if my wife would not "submit to my authority" and return to church that I was not welcome there any longer. During this time nobody from the church -- not the pastor, the youth pastor, or any of the deacons, would return my phone calls or e-mails. Sadly, my wife and I gave up and left.

"The dialogue includes people saying, "Praise the Lord," as they blow infidels away." (Click headline)
Imagine: you are a foot soldier in a paramilitary group whose purpose is to remake America as a Christian theocracy, and establish its worldly vision of the dominion of Christ over all aspects of life. You are issued high-tech military weaponry, and instructed to engage the infidel on the streets of New York City. You are on a mission - both a religious mission and a military mission -- to convert or kill Catholics, Jews, Muslims, Buddhists, gays, and anyone who advocates the separation of church and state - especially moderate, mainstream Christians. Your mission is "to conduct physical and spiritual warfare"; all who resist must be taken out with extreme prejudice. You have never felt so powerful, so driven by a purpose: you are 13 years old. You are playing a first-person shooter video game whose creators are linked to the empire of mega-church pastor Rick Warren, best selling author of The Purpose Driven Life.
Operation Blessing's inclusion on FEMA's list. "That gives Pat Robertson millions of extra dollars."
That is exactly why Operation Blessing was placed on the FEMA list. Faith-based programs and school vouchers are nothing more than Republican kick backs to the Christian Right. Republicans hand out money to the Christian Right the same way they hand out contracts to Halliburton. It all business in a very Godfather-like manner. Robertson used Operation Blessing has a front for aid relief to Rwanda. Robertson performed a fundraising drive, on his show, that he says raised $1.2 million. Operation Blessing bought planes to send relief supplies to Rwanda. Only one flight was used for relief. The planes were used to send equipment to the diamond mining corporation African Development Corporation. The owner of the African Development Corporation is Pat Robertson. Let us not forget that Robertson is good buddies with former Liberia dictator Charles Taylor. Robertson's company Freedom Gold Limited mined in Liberia. Taylor owner 10% of Freedom Gold Limited. Robertson defended Taylor as a "Christian." Robertson is probably factoring how much money Operation Blessing will be invested into his other enterprises. Hurricane season is coming. A tsunami buys a lot of gold and diamond mining equipment.
